At the Repair Café, Anton and the other volunteers help repair items that might otherwise have ended up in the trash. These can range from a coffee maker or sewing machine to a jacket with a broken zipper.

 

For Anton, there’s something special about seeing an item work again after it was on its way to being thrown away. At the same time, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and helping others be part of the repair process themselves.
