When you make equipment for beekeepers for a living, it’s hard not to be affected by the fact that climate change has made life harder for the world’s bees. That’s why Swienty has been on an extended CO2 journey in recent years – away from fossil fuels in favor of heat pumps and solar cells.
Today, Swienty is 90% CO2 neutral. But for CEO Bjørn Andresen and his colleagues, the journey doesn’t stop there. Every year, employees help select new projects to further minimize the company’s CO2 consumption.
